Rationale

As a responsible and ethical organization, we believe it is our duty to avoid any business activity that may contribute to the conflict or undermine the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Moreover, the ongoing hostilities have also resulted in economic sanctions and trade restrictions imposed by several countries against Russia and Belarus. These measures have created a volatile and uncertain business environment, which poses significant risks to our operations, reputation, and stakeholders. Therefore, to mitigate these risks and uphold our values and principles, we have decided not to conduct any business activities in Russia or Belarus until the situation stabilizes, and the international community reaches a diplomatic resolution to the conflict.
